Subwoofer 2s and rew question

I own 2s subwoofer.

I am trying to learn rew.

Do dual drivers affect rew measures in some way?

I mean against if it was one driver in the front.

Good day to you. No, it won’t affect the measurement as the sub-bass is an Omni directional emitting wave that moves away from the subwoofer in a spherical manner. It doesn’t matter which way you orientate the sub.
