The 19615 Adapter plate VESA MIS-D 75/100 finally arrived!

 

How did you attach the 19615 Adapter plate VESA MIS-D 75/100 to the back of the speakers?

The screws that came with the adapter don’t screw to the speakers.

the screws that came with the 1723’s speakers don’t fit thru the adapter plate.

Heading to Home Depot today.

The only missing/back-ordered piece is the speaker backplate. I’ve identified and marked the studs. So waiting for missing item.

I’m preparing for the arrival of the wall mounts and gathering the tools and screws as depicted in your picture.  I am not a handyman, so this is rocket science for me. Apparently, wood screws can hold quite a bit of weight.

If you have time could you answer the following questions?

The black screw is 4-1/2 in. Heavy Duty Flat-head Fastener?

I think I need the same since my walls are double Firecode X Drywall (5/8″).

Did you use two-inch wood screws to hold the mount and go thru the wood block and drywall?
