For the front heights, how much sound are you getting out of them. I thought the atmos height speakers were pretty limited in terms of the sound directed to them. To be more clear, how much of the LCR sound will come through the height speakers? I am all for adding them if there is a really noticeable difference, but not sure given the cost of the 1723S Heights.

I am currently in research mode to replace all the audio equipment after selling my home and buying another. The buyer of my previous home negotiated to include all of my home theatre equipment. My old equipment was in-wall and I want free standing speakers so I can take them with me if I ever move again.

I got these stands also. I bought play sand and baked it in the oven to get all the moisture out. I filled each of the two “poles” about 90% up and it is solid. When I attached the adapter plate that goes between the poles and the bottom plate, I put some blue tack under it to avoid the metal on metal. Everything sounds awesome.
