You have Dirac Live on that receiver, set it up and it wil do the job.
Yes, it can be corrected in the app. If you re-measure after the fact and the output does not increase, however, it means you have a cancellation and are better off removing the added EQ as it will not do anything else but increase distortion and decay in that area.
REW can also calculate the PEQ’s for you if you use the EQ tab. You can set the EQ to “generic” and set the desired targets.
