1961 surrounds as front speakers for 2-channel music???

We don’t recommend using these as regular front speakers, as the sound will be too diffuse and you won’t have proper stereo separation or imaging. The bookshelves or monitors will be much better in this regard. If you already have the surrounds, you are of course more than welcome to try, but I would not expect the best results.
