Good stuff to listen to 🎵

Hey guys, right now I am listening to Rammstein’s new album called “Zeit” on my 1723 S speakers (sounds great ☺️).

From a “song-perspective” it unfortunately is a mediocre album, but from a production standpoint it is quite interesting.

While not super-audiophile in nature, they used 3D-Sound as mentioned in Apple Music’s album description.

Flake’s synth sounds really seem to come from behind or appear directly in your ear, also the guitar sound is PHat.

Songs I can recommend are:

2. Zick Zack

3. Armee der Tristen

4. Meine Tränen

5. Giftig

Do you guys have any opinion on Rammstein’s new album?

She really is. I found my self not wanting to go to sleep the other day, listening to her music.

the 1723 Monitors have a big contribution to this, though.

Music from the Band both with and without Bob Dylan – Music from the Big Pink and The Last Waltz and Robbie Robertson’s solo albums – Broken Arrow is a great love song.  RIP Robbie Robertson.

I found rhythm&sound, in general, have the most powerful bass. It makes my furniture tremble at even 9 o’clock volume with a 33w amplifier. Try it if you like.

Listened again last night to Brothers in Arms by Dire Straits.  A great way to test and enjoy the dynamic range the Arendals have.  Songs go from whisper quiet to loud bass and guitars and back again.  Helps you appreciate the soundstage too with various instruments appearing in different places around your head.  Any Dire Straits album will do but Brothers is my favorite.

RIP Jimmy Buffet.  Seems fitting he passed away at the beginning of the unofficial last weekend of summer.  Easy to listen to music but live with the Parrotheads tailgate was what his music was all about.  Will always remember those summer concerts.

As someone who has worked in Hifi his whole life, I had to listen to Dire Straits basically every day, as customers always wanted to test with.
Dire Straits is banned from my library, with some other typical Hifi artists:)
