What receivers/amplifiers do you use to drive you Arendal setups?

I’m curious, What receiver/preamp/source and/or amplifiers do you use with your Arendal speakers? Have you tested brands that worked better than others? I’m curious to know what you guys are using!

I’m using a Yamaha RX-A2060 to power a pair of 1961 Monitors and a 1723 Sub 1v and it sounds great! I might add a dedicated amplifier down the line if I get something bigger, but I definitely don’t feel like I’m missing much with my current setup.

Ah, I can see you can get them at the same price here as well. Good amp for the money. The NAD C658 would be a good match and comes with Dirac room correction.

Hi everyone . I have some fantastic Arendal 1723 towers, 1723 center, 1723 S for surround and an SVS SB 3000,I use an Anthem mrx 740 that I use as a pre to drive a Mca 325 for center and surround , and a Musical Fidality 6SI500 in HT mode pass for the towers . I also use a Rose RS 250 connected to the MF for two-channel playback only. Everything is top notch in my opinion, although I’d like to try the Arendal sun.

Sounds like you have quite the arsenal to choose from in terms of amplification!

Nice! How do you like the sound of your Yamaha? I’m quite fond of mine, but wouldn’t mind some extra headroom from a dedicated amp if I change my setup.
