AMBASSADOR PROGRAM FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Eligibility 

The Ambassador Program is open only to Arendal Sound customers who purchased their products directly from us. 

Application Requirements 

Your application must include clear photos of your system and room, along with a description of your setup written in English. Photos and applications must meet our quality standards to be accepted. 

Setup & Photo Guidelines 

Your system isn’t required to be fully Arendal Sound, but photos must focus only on your Arendal Sound speakers and subwoofers. 

Participation 

Participation is voluntary. Ambassadors may be contacted by visitors seeking advice, system insight, or personal experience with Arendal Sound. We expect Ambassadors to be open to helping when approached. Demo requests are optional, and if you’re willing to host one, Arendal Sound can assist with coordination and support. 

Profile Visibility 

Approved Ambassadors may be featured on our website, including placement on the Ambassador Map. Your contact information will remain private. 

Content Usage 

By joining the program, you grant Arendal Sound permission to use submitted photos, system descriptions, and related content on arendalsound.com and across Arendal Sound’s communication channels. 

Product & Testing Opportunities 

Opportunities to test products at home or contribute to product development are not guaranteed. Ambassadors may be invited based on engagement, relevance, or program needs. 

Community Events & Brand Access  

As part of the Ambassador Program, approved ambassadors receive access to exclusive opportunities and community activities designed to strengthen their connection with Arendal Sound and with other enthusiasts. These include: 

Private Online Events (2× year) 

Invitations to closed online sessions hosted by Jan and the Arendal Sound team. These events offer behind-the-scenes insights, product updates, and early previews before they are shared with the general public. 

Pre-Launch Access 

Opportunities to be among the first to hear about upcoming products, updates, or campaigns. 

Brand Participation  

Ambassadors will be featured publicly on the Ambassador Map as visible representatives of Arendal Sound in their country or area. Personal contact details remain private. Ambassadors naturally become the welcoming voice of Arendal Sound in their country – the person others trust when exploring the great sound. 

Limited Rewards & Exclusive Gifts  

Non-Purchasable Rewards 

Ambassadors can earn points that unlock exclusive items unavailable for purchase – including limited-edition products, special merchandise, and unique experiences created solely for program members. 

Experience Opportunities 

Certain high-level rewards may include immersive Arendal Sound experiences, such as visiting the Arendal Experience Center in Norway and participating in brand activities from the first row. 

Lifetime Warranty  

The Lifetime Warranty included in the Ambassador Program applies only to Arendal Sound products that: 

• were purchased directly from Arendal Sound, and 
• are registered under the original buyer’s name. 

This warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned, transferred, or given to another person, regardless of future ownership of the product. Lifetime Warranty is only valid for active and engaging Ambassadors.  

Participation & Selection  

Ambassadors’ access to specific opportunities (product testing, events, rewards, etc.) depends on program activity, engagement, and availability. 

Participation is voluntary and based on mutual respect between Ambassadors and Arendal Sound. 

Program Changes 

Arendal Sound may update or adjust the Ambassador Program and its Terms & Conditions at any time.
