The 1528 Stand 8 is crafted with a high-density fiberboard (HDF) column, aluminum top and bottom plates, and the top plate fixing is further reinforced by a 10mm thick steel slab inside the column. With the aluminum fixing block for the bottom plate coming in at 20mm thick, you start to understand why the 1528 Stand 8 provides such superb stability and resonance control. A 1mm Nitrile rubber pad bonded to the top plate further reduces vibration and protects the underside of your speaker, and four M6 screws bolt your 1528 Monitor 8, 1528 Bookshelf 8, or 1528 Center 8 speaker to the pre-drilled top plate for added security. *
*Please note that two (2) 1528 Stand 8s are required to support the 1528 Center+ 8 and it rests on the stands rather than attaches with bolts.
