A cup of coffee with
from Canada
I have a room that is a rectangle of 7.4 meters by 4.7 meters, with a 2.5 meter high ceiling.

After mostly retiring from health care and university duties I felt the pull of my the hifi adventures of my earlier years.
I wanted a pair of subwoofers to complement my system. In particular, I wanted ease of setup and operation, good sound and construction, and a good price.

After reading many reviews and watching many YouTube videos I came across the YouTube channel for Jay’s Iyagi (Jay’s Journal). I recognized Jay from his appearances in YouTube videos from Audio Excellence where he formerly worked and where I purchased my system. Jay Lee is a very articulate and personable man, and his YouTube review of Arendal speakers and subwoofers caught my attention. Written and YouTube reviews by Audioholics also presented excellent information. Both of these reviewers are very credible and I greatly respect their reporting.
The Arendal website was also a wonderful source of helpful information. When I emailed Arendal, they responded promptly, and gave useful information.
I chose Arendal for a combination of reasons: great sound, great constuction, ease of purchase and delivery, no risk purchase, ease of setup and operation. I did not want a subwoofer that required a lot of repositioning because I am 72 years old.
During the year I have owned the two subwoofers I must say that they have greatly added to the enjoyment of music I stream with my system. They are visually attractive in my room and easy to adjust when I want to do so. Without the Arendal subwoofers, my system was quite satisfying. With the Arendal subwoofers, there is more excitement and pleasure.
I would recommend any of Arendal’s speakers without hesitation.
