As a Customer Experience Specialist at Arendal Sound, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, foster long-term relationships, and enhance the customer journey. This role is central to increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty while representing our commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric service across multiple channels.
  • Analyze and interpret customer feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Arendal Sound’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Work within flexible US-aligned hours, overlapping with our European team for seamless integration. 
  • Participate in special projects across customer service, sales, and product, with ample learning opportunities. 
  • Engage in our development programs and take advantage of unique career growth within our agile team. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Customer support experience in home audio. 
  • Knowledge of home audio within our product portfolio. 
  • Passion for audio and a strong sense of empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Based in the US.
