Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric service across multiple channels.
  • Analyze and interpret customer feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Arendal Sound’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Serve as a critical link between our global customer base and our Arendal headquarters.
  • Participate in future product launches, live events, and customer gatherings directly at our HQ.
  • Collaborate across teams—including product, logistics, and marketing—to improve the full customer experience.
  • Bring feedback from our customers into our continuous innovation process.
  • Grow with us by engaging in our personal development programs, with a clear path to career progression in a high-performing, respectful team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Customer support experience in home audio. 
  • Knowledge of home audio within our product portfolio. 
  • Passion for premium audio and equipment — a deep appreciation for speakers and gear, not just music. You must love the craft, the engineering, and the experience of extraordinary sound.
  • You have a strong sense of empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
