Designed with the same engineering principles as the benchmark 1723 Series, these speakers deliver musical finesse and cinematic impact — with THX Ultra certification to prove it. Ideal for rooms where full-size speakers may not be practical, but full-scale performance is still a must.

From towers, to bookshelves, to full surround setups, the 1723 Series S offers versatility without cutting corners. They’re ideal for space-conscious setups, secondary systems, or anyone who wants reference-grade performance without the footprint of a full-size tower.

SAME STANDARD

Just like their larger siblings, every 1723 S speaker is built using high-density fiberboard (HDF), premium crossovers, and custom-engineered drivers — including the same 28mm tweeter with waveguide and downscaled 6.5″ mid-bass drivers tuned for balance, speed, and accuracy.

Internally braced cabinets and magnetic grilles keep the aesthetic clean and the sound controlled — true to the Scandinavian principle that form should follow function. This is scaled-down design without scaled-down performance, engineered to the same exacting standards as the original.

CUSTOM DRIVERS

Every 1723 Series S speaker features a 6.5″ custom mid-bass driver  for low distortion, fast transients, and natural midrange. The waveguide-loaded 28mm tweeter — shared with the full-size series — delivers wide, controlled dispersion with pinpoint imaging.

WAVEGUIDE TWEETER

A precision 28mm soft-dome tweeter and custom waveguide ensure wide, consistent dispersion — keeping the soundstage focused, wherever you sit. Instruments feel three-dimensional. Vocals stay anchored. Highs remain smooth, detailed, and perfectly blended with the midrange.

HDF CABINETS

No MDF here. These cabinets are made from the same high-density fiberboard as the larger 1723 speakers, keeping resonance low and sound clean. Hand-finished in Satin Black or Satin White for a premium feel.

PREMIUM CROSSOVER 

Like the original 1723 Series, the 1723 S crossovers are built with high-end components, steep slopes, and extensive tuning to ensure perfect integration between drivers — and effortless off-axis performance.

SEALED OR PORTED

Tower and Monitor models include tuneable ports. Use them sealed for tighter, faster bass or ported for deeper extension. Flexibility that fits your space and your taste.
