Terms and Conditions for Spotify Premium Gift Card

Eligibility: The promotion is valid for customers of 1723 THX speakers, 1723 S THX speakers, and 1723 subwoofers.

Gift Card Usage: The Spotify Premium gift card provided can be used to pay for a 12-month individual Spotify Premium subscription only. It cannot be redeemed for Spotify Family, Student plans, or in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.

Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Activation and Expiry: The gift card must be activated within 6 months of receipt. Once activated, the subscription is valid for 12 consecutive months. After 12 months, be sure to review the terms and conditions on Spotify.com. If you have added a credit card for the subscription before, your subscription may automatically renew at the standard rate unless canceled by the user.

Single Use: Each customer is entitled to one gift card per eligible purchase.

No Liability: We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the gift card, including but not limited to technical problems, service interruptions, or the unavailability of Spotify services.

Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
