I am not getting any sound from my tweeter!
This is a problem we see from time to time. Luckily, the solution tends to be pretty simple:
More often than not, we see that the issue is related to the binding post jumpers, the nuts, or a combination of the two.
The picture above shows an exaggeration of what an improperly positioned jumper looks like. This will cause the tweeter to not receive any signal and be completely silent.
This picture shows a more plausible scenario where it looks like the jumper is in place, but since the nut is not properly tightened down, it won’t make a proper connection.
This final picture shows you a jumper that’s properly in place, with a nut that’s securely tightened down. Make sure this is the case for all 4 binding posts. If you’re still having issues, please reach out to our experienced customer support team, and they will be happy to help you!
