If you’ve arranged a return with DHL and they haven’t arrived for any reason, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. To address this promptly, you have two options:
- Contact DHL locally to reschedule the pickup.
- Alternatively, you can personally drop off the items at your nearest DHL Service Point.

Once you’re at the DHL Service Point, their staff will assist you in printing the necessary documents we’ve provided for the return shipment. You will need the tracking number you have got from us.
