In April 2022, we launched the upgrade program. It’s more or less exactly what it sounds like: Let’s say you bought the 1961 subwoofer 1s, but want to upgrade to the 1723 subwoofer 1s. To start the process, you contact us and let us know you want to upgrade. To be eligible for the upgrade program, the speakers must meet the same requirements as for the 60-day audition period: That means the speakers must be in mint condition, with all packaging materials and accessories included. Without this, You, unfortunately, aren’t able to upgrade.
Once we’ve established that we can proceed with the upgrade, you will simply order the new item like normal, and we’ll schedule the pickup of the old item. Once it’s been received and inspected back at the warehouse, you will be refunded the original amount you paid, minus 15% in shipping and handling fees.
