Attention US and Canadian Customers:

Due to shipping from multiple warehouses, some orders may be split in our system. This occurs when an item is out of stock at one warehouse, necessitating a shipment from another warehouse for the remaining items.

Here’s what to expect:

  • You will receive separate emails from each warehouse indicating which items have been shipped from where.
  • Each email will also include a tracking number from our shipping partner.
