If you have some items that you need to return, the first thing you do is to contact us at sales@arendalsound.com and let us know what you want to return. For a return to be valid. Please click this link to see the terms.

How do I send my items back?

Once you know what items you want to send back, you have a few options on how you send them back. We can either schedule a pickup, where the FedEx driver brings the labels upon pickup. In this instance, you will need to let us know what date/time is most suitable for a pickup (Yes, pickups on Saturdays are possible). If it’s easier for you to drop your items off at a FedEx location, you can request an Email label. Just bring your item in the shipping carton you received it in along with the Email to a FedEx location. They will then print the label for you for your convenience.fedex.jpg
