I have placed an order and it is not visible in my account! 

 

The reason is you have purchased your items as a “guest” in our systems.

 

Please send us an email to sales@arendalsound.com from the email account you used when you placed the order on our web pages.

We will then allocate your order to your account so it will be visible on your side.
