If you have some items that you need to return, the first thing you do is to contact us at sales@arendalsound.com and let us know what you want to return. For a return to be valid. Please click this link to see the terms.

How do I send my items back?

Once you know what items you want to send back, you have a few options on how you return them. We can either schedule a pickup, or you can choose to drop off the packages at a nearby FedEx location. For pickups, you’ll need to have the label(s) printed and attached to the box when the driver comes. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can simply visit a FedEx location and they’ll print the label for you. For drop-offs, they can also print the label for you if you don’t have a printer at home.fedex.jpg
