I have a 15×22 room. My seating is 11 feet from the screen. Setting up the towers for best center imaging is done. Didn’t realize how important that was when starting this journey. Adding sound absorption was one of the best things I did. The room is used for movies, music, and gaming.
What was your goal when looking for new speakers and subwoofers?
Once I was able to upgrade my speakers and system, I listened to and watched a lot of reviews of speakers. I demo’d the 1961 monitors and Magnat monitor speakers. Both sound great. The Arendal speaker, even though smaller, held its own against the bigger Magnat. Finish and engineering on Arendal was much better. I went with the Arendals, of course.
WHERE DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US?
The first time I heard of Arendal was watching Shane Lee on YouTube. Just from liking audio stuff. Sound and Vision magazine and YouTube got me into it even more.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE ARENDAL SOUND?
I choose Arendal for the sound and exceptional build quality. Plus the price for what you get outmatched a little of speaker manufactures. Plus seeing how you conduct and run the company was pretty awesome.
YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCTS?
Arendal customer service is awesome. The time with the speakers has been great. No complaints at all. The sub is articulate with the sound also. There is bass, then there is good bass.
WHAT ELSE DOES YOUR SYSTEM CONSIST OF?
120” alr projector screen. Epson 6050UB projector. Denon 6200W receiver. Outlaw Audio 7000X amp. Panasonic UB820 4k Blu Ray player. Arendal 1723 1V sub. 1723 S center channel, 1961 towers, 1961 monitors for the side and rear surrounds, and 2ea. 1961 Atmos speakers. Still need more subs!!! Lol.
HOW HAPPY ARE YOU WITH ARENDAL SOUND PRODUCTS?
I’m glad I got the Arendals and wouldn’t change a thing. It’s a fun hobby and a great community.

I have been thinking of another sub and 1723 S towers in the future. Upgrade to a prepro and a new projector someday.
